He is being investigated for the offence of stealing by an agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investigators allege that the advocate, who practises under the law firm Rasheed Rage and Nassir Advocates, received a total of KSh49,400,500 from a client between November 16, 2023, and January 3, 2024.
