Kindiki: Gov’t to expand KMTC campuses in push for universal healthcare

The national government will continue investing in the establishment of new Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) campuses while expanding existing facilities to increase the country’s capacity to train healthcare professionals, Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has said.Kindiki said the government recognises the role played by medical training colleges in producing healthcare workers needed to support the implementation of Universal Health Coverage (UHC).
