Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen has confirmed that the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has launched investigations into allegations that armed goons were present during the Ol Kalou by-election. Murkomen called on members of the public with credible information or evidence related to the incident to come forward and record statements with investigators, saying public cooperation will be crucial in ensuring those responsible are held accountable and that justice is served.
